Hours of Operation
Wild Love Apparel has a storefront located at 128 S. Water St., Sparta, WI. Our business hours are updated on Facebook (and Google when they let us update them).
Orders can be placed on our site 24/7.
Emails can be sent at any time to firstname.lastname@example.org. We respond to emails Monday-Friday during business hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Messages sent on weekends will be responded to on Monday or Tuesday.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be printed and shipped. All apparel is printed at our print shop in Sparta, WI. We try to get orders shipped as quickly as possible! If there are any delays in shipping your item(s), we will be in contact with you.
All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We highly suggest that Route shipping insurance is added to your order at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. Receiving a shipping notification does not mean your order order has been shipped, but the shipping label has been printed. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please contact us before placing an order. If your package does not arrive to you, please contact your local postal carrier to file a claim. Wild Love is not responsible for filing claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
We do ship internationally! The cost of shipping varies on the area the order is going and the weight/size of the item. Please note that shipping does take longer internationally. Wild Love Apparel is not responsible for any additional shipping charges or customs fees. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages as this is out of our control.
As of May 25, 2018 we are no longer shipping to the EU.
Refunds & Returns
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their order. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of the item being received. The received date is the date shown as delivered on the package tracking.
To return an item, please fill out this form. Once the item is received back in the original condition (unused and unwashed), we will process a shop credit in the amount of the purchase minus the original shipping cost. Please note that discounts and promotions used at the time of purchase cannot be transferred to the new purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return an item. Returns may take up to 5 business days after receiving to be processed.
* We cannot do returns on Gotta Have It Deal, limited items, preorders, final sale, or holiday/seasonal items. We also cannot do exchanges on mugs, tumblers, and kids cups.
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of your order being placed minus a $5 fee. An email must be sent to email@example.com with 'Cancel' in the subject line. Please be sure to include the order number and name on the order.
Discount & Store Credit
Any discounts and store credit must be used at the time of purchase. They are not valid on previous purchases. Only one code per transaction may be used. Discounts and store credits cannot be combined. Codes may not be applied to some of our Featured Brand items due to agreements with these businesses.
Product Error / Damaged Product
If there is an error on our part with your order or a defect in the item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package and include photos at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work quickly to resolve the issue!
We ship to the address left at checkout. If the address needs to be changed, please contact us at email@example.com within 2 hours with the correct address. If an item is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.
We currently offer Sezzle as a payment option. It's a safe payment option that will split your total up into 4 easy payments every 2 weeks. The minimum order total for this payment option is $35.
Wild Love Apparel will not be liable for any accidental occurrences. Items are not meant to be worn as sleepwear and hoodies should be removed before sleep.
